As Social Media Manager and Marketing Associate, I oversaw all in-theatre activations for Chicago’s 23rd anniversary performance and ensured that all 1,114 audience members received a bowler hat on their seat.

Led nationwide casting call initiative “The Search for Roxie” in partnership with Broadway.com. Vetted entries, coordinated social media content to promote the casting call, and arranged all aspects of trip to New York for three finalists.

Through an existing partnership I developed in prior months with The Lambs Club, CHICAGO was invited to celebrate its 23rd anniversary on Broadway with a specialty cocktail and exclusive Grey Goose bottle produced by artist Toby Triumph. Current cast and alumni gathered to celebrate the occasion.

Coordinate all logistics for getting 10 performers from CHICAGO to Staten Island to represent the production at “Broadway in the Boros”, a free outdoor concert series sharing the best of Broadway. Managed all AV requirements and cast needs.

Hosted theme nights with gay bars across New York City including Club Cumming, Hardware, and the Duplex to promote Real Housewives star Erika Jayne joining the production as “Roxie”. Created exclusive merchandise and facilitated ticket giveaways, conceptualized the “Night of a Thousand Roxies” event for Club Cumming.

Partnered with the bar Clinton Hall for a month-long takeover in October 2019. Collaboration included a themed cocktail and the opportunity to be entered to win tickets to the show.

To celebrate the launch of Madame Tussauds’ Broadway section, CHICAGO was asked to participate in creating a themed cocktail for the bar. I secured an exclusive museum discount for CHICAGO ticketholders and worked with cast members on content to promote the drink.

I worked with BroadwayCon Partnerships team and CHICAGO Dance Captain, David Bushman, to host a dance workshop for participants of BroadwayCon in January 2020.
