HARMONY: A NEW MUSICAL

Rosh Hashanah
I planned and executed an event for HARMONY outside of the Barrymore theatre to celebrate Rosh Hashanah. This celebration included Rabbi Jill Hausman from the Actor's Temple welcoming the crowd and giving the first blessing. Traditional treats were handed out to patrons.

Carnegie Hall Festival
I secured placement of HARMONY in Carnegie Hall's "Fall of the Weimar Republic" Festival. This included placement in the direct mail sent to the NYC area, inclusion in a press release and social posts, as well as a calendar event on the Carnegie Hall website.

Opening Night
The men of HARMONY arrived at their opening night in style thanks to a partnership forged with Nowaday Vintage Tours.
In exchange for tickets to the show and social / press promotion on @harmonyanewmusical, we were given 2 cars from 1928 and 1930 for the cast to make their grand entrance on the opening night red carpet and take them to the post-show party.
Coverage of the cars was featured in social posts and articles from the following:

Pastrami Sandwiches for All
Inspired by the line in the show "a pastrami sandwich the size of a Steinway!", HARMONY partnered with USA Brooklyn Delicatessen to create the "Grand Piano Pastrami."
I planned an event at Brooklyn Deli to launch the official HARMONY sandwich with cast, press, and 15 influencers in attendance.
The partnership was promoted through a series of social posts as well as in-store signage. -
Hanukkah on Broadway
To celebrate the first night of Hanukkah, we packaged and handed out over 600 goodie bags complete with dreidels and chocolate gelt. The cast 'lit' the menorah and recited the blessings, then performed the classic Hanukkah song "Maoz Tzur".

Carnegie Deli Treats
I arranged for the iconic Carnegie Deli to gift treats to the cast of HARMONY in their final week of performances – I coordinated delivery to the theatre and a collab post between HARMONY and Carnegie Deli.

Rugelach Gifting
Secured a partnership with Junior's Cheesecake to donate 20+ containers of rugelach for our Comedian Harmonists to gift to other Broadway shows, including the Queens of Six as a present.
This moment was shared in People and other collaborations, as well as a collab post between HARMONY and SIXon Instagram.

City Guide Happy Hour
As part of our partnership with City Guide, HARMONY was invited to perform at the Edison Hotel for a weekly Wine Hour.
Constantine Pappas performed "Every Single Day" for an enthusiastic crowd.
The event was promoted in advance for hotel guests the week prior on TV screens in-room, in elevators, and on front desk screens.
Additional placements of flyers and City Guide issues featuring HARMONY on the cover were placed around the Wine Hour event.
