  • Dark Arts Month 2023

    As part of the AKA partnerships team, I helped plan and execute a series of activations for the month of October that spanned from giveaways and illusions lessons to trivia and ghost stories to boost Tuesday Night ticket sales. 

  • October 3rd: Celebrate the Dark Arts

    We offered audience members temporary Dark Mark tattoos, and everyone received a commemorative Dark Mark window card signed by the cast.

  • October 10th: Sweets and Treats

    Fans got to sip on free samples of a non-alcoholic specialty autumnal beverage. Hershey’s Chocolate World offered a raffle, and Chip City provided 1,300 cookies for a post-show snack.

  • October 17th: Ghostly Games

    Theatre historian Tim Dolan of Broadway Up Close shared a spooky ghost story about the Lyric Theatre, which was followed by trivia with cast member Brittany Zeinstra.

  • October 24th: Magic Up Close

    Skylar Fox led 100 patrons in an illusions demonstration and offered insights into the magic of HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD. The AKA Team ordered custom show-branded poker chips for guests to have for the magic demonstration.

  • October 31st: Halloween at the Lyric Theatre

    Halloween at the Lyric featured intricate pumpkins carved by Maniac Pumpkin Carvers, a costume contest, and a special one-night-only photo op in the lobby.
