MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL

  • ‘Raise Your Glass’ Cocktail Crawl

I facilitated a month-long cocktail crawl across the city with high-end bar and restaurant partners to promote the musical in celebration of love in February 2020. This was promoted in an e-blast and cross-promotionally on social.

  • Valentine's Day

I arranged a partnership with Starbright Floral to provide over 1,000 roses for guests attending the 2020 Valentine’s Day performance of the show. MAC Cosmetics additionally supplied lipsticks.

  • Film Screening x UES

I partnered with UES, a speakeasy and ice cream shop on the Upper East Side, for a Moulin Rouge! themed evening. The film screening event included giveaways, themed cocktails, and trivia.

  • Bar Nini with Robyn Hurder

Working in collaboration with Broadway’s Robyn Hurder, I helped to plan an exclusive industry cocktail party. We partnered with Secret Room NYC on the space and upon arrival, guests received a signature cocktail.

  • Alex Timbers Event Planning

Friends and colleagues of Alex Timbers gathered at Bea on 43rd Street to celebrate his work on Broadway this season as director of BEETLEJUICE, AMERICAN UTOPIA, and MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL. The intimate gathering included team members from the three musicals, as well as a strong showing of Broadway's most influential.

  • Moulin Rouge! The Musical x Vulture

Through a partnership set up by the Paid Media team with Vulture, I arranged a party for the cast and VIP guests at the McKittrick Hotel to celebrate the release of the Moulin Rouge! The Musical cast album.

  • Tattoo Parlor

Conceptualized and oversaw all planning for a “tattoo parlor” at BroadwayCon in 2020. Guests received complimentary show-branded temporary tattoos in exchange for subscribing to the Moulin Rouge! The Musical email list.

  • World Pride

I assisted with preparations for Moulin Rouge! The Musical to have a presence in NYC’s World Pride event - secured cast participation, ensured there were snack on board, served as point of contact for cast needs.

@jennaonstage Reply to @keelieyoung Sometimes #broadway marketing involves rolling 1,000 roses through Times Square with your friends. Worth it. 🌹#moulinrougebway ♬ original sound - Jenna Rich
