Coordinated monthly on-stage karaoke nights following specific performances. Served as on-site point person for karaoke hosts including Sara Bareilles, Jordan Sparks, Al Roker, and Joey McIntyre.

This suite at Sofitel featured one-of-a-kind WAITRESS memorabilia, including the original waitress uniform worn by Molly Hager as Becky and the original lab coat worn by Jason Mraz as Dr. Pomatter. The package included two WAITRESS The Musical’s Winter Old Fashioned cocktails and two slices of Jenna’s Rhubarb & Crumble at Gaby Brasserie.

Through an existing partnership I developed in prior months with The Lambs Club, WAITRESS was invited to participate in a promotion that featured a specialty cocktail and an exclusive Grey Goose bottle produced by artist Toby Triumph. Current cast and alumni gathered to celebrate the occasion.

I arranged a partnership with Anthropologie to redecorate the “Jenna dressing room”. I oversaw the installation and coordinated subsequent social content with cast members.

I coordinated a window takeover of Amy’s Bread in Hell’s Kitchen to promote WAITRESS’ Summer Sweet Initiative. Customers downloaded a “Summer Sweets Passport”, took it to participating locations, and made a purchase. Customers who visit all six bakeries were entered to win a pair of tickets to Waitress.

I partnered with Starbright Floral to hand out 100+ gifted bouquets to mothers attending our special Mother’s Day performance.
