  • Global Sanctuary for Elephants

    I secured a partnership with the Global Sanctuary for Elephants to support elephant welfare worldwide. The collaboration first launched with a press release and social media posts.

    The Global Sanctuary for Elephants additionally provided resources for the company and audience members to learn how to support elephants. A portion of proceeds from every elephant plush sold at the theater merchandise booth and online shop went to their organization, aimed at rehabilitating elephants held in captivity.

  • Big Tent Talkback Series

    Our team was responsible for curating a series of WATER FOR ELEPHANTS talkbacks on Tuesday nights to encourage attendance at those specific performances. AKA Arts Insider Katie Oxman (@katherinealice) hosted several of the talkbacks and shared content with her followers.​ 

    The series ran as follows:​

  • Book Cover Burst

    I worked with Algonquin Books to develop an updated sticker (‘burst’) for the Water for Elephants novel. The burst was incorporated as part of the latest publishing.

  • Om Factory Classes

    I spearheaded a collaboration with Om Factory to host an aerial yoga class inspired by the show. The class sold out all 18 slots and had a waitlist of 30 people.

    The show-inspired class featured as homepage of Om Factory website for a month, received weekly inclusions in newsletter and Instagram posts.

    Additional classes were added in August and September due to demand.

  • Crunch Fitness Class Series

    Hosted a series of 4 classes at 2 Crunch locations in the city featuring cast album.​ 

    Promoted to 180K+ Crunch Fitness members via email and app inclusion.​ 

  • Strand Book Picks

    We asked the stars of WATER FOR ELEPHANTS for their favorite books to be included in a dedicated newsletter, social post, and website page for the Strand Book Store.​ 

    The social post alone received 2.1K likes and was shared to Instagram Stories by Grant Gustin himself (7.8M followers). 

  • Backstage Gym Equipment

    Secured over $10,000 worth of gym equipment for the cast’s backstage gym / warm-up area from Peloton, Crunch Fitness, Fit!, and Jade Yoga.

  • MTC 'Tent Talkback Series'

    Following select Saturday matinees in March, ticket holders were invited to stay after the show for a series of "Tent Talkbacks" in partnership with Manhattan Theatre Club’s Education department and featuring creative team members from WATER FOR ELEPHANTS.

    Our team coordinated all logistics to enable these conversations to learn more about the making of the musical, with participation from PigPen Theatre Co and Rick Elice.

  • Strand Giveaway

    Organized a collaboration with the Strand Book Store to give away a pair of tickets to WATER FOR ELEPHANTS on Broadway, signed Playbill, copy of the Water for Elephants novel, $25 Strand gift card and a Strand tote.

  • Kids Night on Broadway

    To drive ticket sales into Tuesday night performances, we worked with stage management to set up a series of weekly talkbacks centered around different aspects of the production ranging from acrobatics and choreography to costumes and puppetry.​ 

    For Kids Night on Broadway, we hosted a special talkback centered around puppetry including many of the puppets featured in the show.​ 

  • Drama Book Shop Takeover

    Our team successfully negotiated a 1-month takeover of the Drama Book Shop front windows, inside displays, and coffee shop in exchange for tickets and promotion.

  • Schmackary's Cookie

    Our themed "Peanuts for Elephants" cookie was available for the entire month of August at Schmackary's in Times Square (as well as for delivery in NYC).

  • JadeYoga Collab

    For National Relaxation Day, I set up a partnership with JadeYoga to give away one of our cast exclusive yoga mats - signed by the entire company.

    We received over 800 entries and 1.4K likes on Instagram.

  • Goodreads Giveaway

    In collaboration with Algonquin Books, I launched a giveaway for an updated version of the WATER FOR ELEPHANTS novel that includes a burst with information about the musical.​ 

    The giveaway received 14.9K entries, making it one of Algonquin's most successful ever. 100 winners will receive copies of the novel along with a WATER FOR ELEPHANTS branded bookmark.​ 

  • Elephant Parade

    I secured placement of a WATER FOR ELEPHANTS branded Elephant Parade statue at Powerhouse Arena, an independent bookstore in DUMBO.

    We worked with content creator Katie Oxman to paint the elephant and create content surrounding the process.

    The video was shared to Instagram as a collab post between Katie, Elephant Parade, Powerhouse, and WATER FOR ELEPHANTS.

    The collaboration with Katie was the 4th highest viewed piece of influencer content posted as a collab with WATER FOR ELEPHANTS. It also marked Elephant Parade & Powerhouse's best-performing videos ever.

  • Bryant Park: Books to Broadway

    To support WATER FOR ELEPHANTS, I organized a conversation hosted at Bryant Park Reading Room on Tuesday June 18 featuring book writer Rick Elice and cast member Wade McCollum in conversation with podcast host Ilana Levine.

    It was promoted via Bryant Park Instagram Stories, website, and newsletter. The conversation was later released as a podcast.

  • 100th Performance

    To celebrate our 100th performance of WATER FOR ELEPHANTS on June 15, our street team friends surprised the rush line with Fahlo bracelets, show-branded tattoos and a "Choose the Ride" pin.

  • Audience Rewards Trapeze Class

    I connected two of our partners, Audience Rewards and Trapeze School New York, to create an exclusive experience for Audience Rewards members.

    Guests were treated to a photo op and conversation with cast member Isabella Luisa Diaz, and then got to try the flying trapeze.

    The collaboration received an estimated 150-200K impressions from newsletter inclusions, website presence, and social push.

  • Fluffy Algodón Cotton Candy

    We secured a collaboration with cotton candy artists from Fluffy Algodón to create an exciting surprise & delight element for WATER FOR ELEPHANTS' Spring Road Conference party.

    Cotton candy artists were on site spinning sugar into miniature elephants that guests could take with them as a sweet treat.

  • Knickerbocker Hotel Showcase

    Secured an exclusive presence at the Knickerbocker Hotel (42nd and Broadway) to display memorabilia from WATER FOR ELEPHANTS in their lobby from March-May.

    As a bonus, each guest who purchased tickets to the show through the hotel’s concierge received a signed Playbill.

  • NVRDC Talkback

    To bring awareness to Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we collaborated with Network for Victim Recovery Network of DC (NVRDC) on a talkback about resilience and trauma-informed storytelling.​ 

    ​ For each ticket sold using code "RECOVERY", $5 went toward their organization.​ 

    NVRDC promoted via social, press efforts, and their newsletter.
